SkylineEx's luggage mailing service from China to the United States provides free door-to-door pickup service in China. After the luggage is delivered to the collection center, it will be repacked and weighed.
SkylineEx provides two mailing routes for luggage to be delivered to the United States. SkylineEx provides air freight speed, and luggage can arrive within 2 weeks.
You can track your luggage using the carrier information and tracking number provided by the customer service staff, who will update you on the logistics information and mailing status throughout the process.
Packaging and Billing
体积重量：dimensional weight计算公式：普通线【长x宽x高(cm)/5000】；特快线【长x宽x高(cm)/6000】
天寄线中寄美只针对21公斤以上的行李物品。 普通闪电线单箱重量控制在22公斤内（50磅），超级闪电线单箱重量控制在29公斤内（65磅）单箱超出限重会产生超重费用
结算运费：根据体积重量dimensional weight与实际重量actual weight中取较大值计算。根据FedEx计费规则，当体积重量大于实际重量的时候，会按照哪个比重大选取哪个的原则来计算运费重量的时候，会按照哪个比重大选取哪个的原则来计算运费。
注意：天寄线和FedEx都是按照【箱子的实际尺寸】来测量计算体积重量的，而非箱子的标示尺寸。因为一般而言，纸箱拼折好后及箱子塞满行李后的实际尺寸会和市售纸箱上的标示尺寸有所不同。
选择纸箱：天寄线的行李中国邮寄美国服务 需要本人先进行装箱和打包并邮寄至集运中心，建议选择比较结实的纸箱。
封箱注意事项：用加厚胶带以【H胶带打包法】封口，保证胶带刮平贴稳、避免开胶。再对对纸箱的12边8角进行缠绕加固。
运单及吊牌：行李到达集运中心后，工作人员会进行二次打包、加固，并贴好国际邮寄运单。

取件一定要本人在场吗？可以委托朋友转交吗？
取件不一定需要本人在场的，您只需运单贴好，箱子加固好。可以委托朋友或者doorman转交给FedEx。

上门取件时，FedEx工作人员会帮我称重，打包吗？
FedEx工作人员只负责取走您的包裹，他们并不负责打包或者称重。需要您自己在取件前完成。
